Order terms

Upon completion of the review, we will receive an email notification from us.

Product repair and maintenance

One year warranty for all European and American brands

All Japanese electric products are imported from Japan, and only provide local warranty and return in Japan (not included in overseas markets). In case of machine failure, there is no warranty or refund, and customers are responsible for the risks.

Delivery and delivery methods

All orders will be shipped with SF local express delivery, freight to pay!
